The Role

You will assist fee earners on a broad range of private family matters, including:Divorce and separationFinancial remedy proceedingsPrivate children mattersKey responsibilities will include:Managing case files from instruction through to completionDrafting legal documents and correspondenceConducting legal researchLiaising with clients, courts, and third partiesProviding administrative and case support throughout

About You

Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Family Paralegal or within a family law teamStrong understanding of family law proceduresExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsConfident communication and client care skills
