A highly regarded, well-established practice with offices across Wiltshire is seeking an experienced Family & Divorce Solicitor to join its growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping a developing department while working on high-quality, complex matters.
The Role
As a key member of the Family & Divorce team, you'll handle a diverse caseload and contribute to the growth of the department. Responsibilities include:
Managing complex divorce and separation cases, including those involving international elements, business assets, and trusts
Advising on matrimonial finance, child arrangements, and prenuptial agreements
Supporting the Team Lead in developing strategy and enhancing client service
Mentoring junior lawyers and supervising support staff
Collaborating with colleagues across other practice areas to deliver a seamless client experience
Driving business development through networking, seminars, and professional forums
About you
Applications are welcome from Solicitors or Legal Executives (with litigation rights) with at least 4 years' PQE in family law. The ideal candidate will bring:
A proven track record in complex financial remedy and high-net-worth cases
Strong leadership skills, with experience managing or mentoring others
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion
The ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
