Were recruiting aFamily Assessment Workerto join a dedicated team in Coventry, providing vital support and supervision to families as part of a comprehensive assessment service.Key Responsibilities:Ensure thesafety and welfare of childrenis at the heart of all assessments and interventions.Observe, supervise, record, and assessfamily interactions, child behaviour, and parental capacity.Deliver arespectful and strength-based service, valuing each familys experiences and background.Work closely with managers and other professionals tosupport family progressand ensure high-quality practice.Challenge and teach parenting practicessensitively and appropriately.Participate in team meetings, training, and professional supervision.Maintainaccurate, timely recordsin line with organisational standards.Support with general childcare duties and day-to-day centre operations.Requirements:Minimum6 months experience in the UKin a relevant setting (social care, SEN, NHS, teaching assistant, or care home).Strong communication, observation, and report-writing skills.Compassionate, patient, and committed to promoting positive outcomes for children and families.Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and Bank Holidays.Adriving licence is not essential.Shift Pattern:Working a mix of:7:30am 3:00pm2:30pm 10:00pm9am-9pmWhy Join:Opportunity to make a real difference in childrens lives.Supportive, team-focused environment.Ongoing training and professional development.JBRP1_UKTJ
