The Facilities Works Manager role:
As the Facilities Works Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all maintenance, repair, and improvement works across the site. This includes coordinating contractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing budgets, and maintaining high standards across all facilities. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the building and its services.
Requirements for the Facilities Works Manager:
* Previous experience in a Facilities Manager or Works Manager role
* Strong knowledge of building maintenance and compliance regulations
* Experience managing contractors and overseeing multiple projects
* Relevant qualifications in Facilities Management, Construction, or similar
* Health & Safety knowledge ( IOSH preferred)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
