How You Can Play Your Part:
This role involves assisting the HSQE, Facilities, and Fleet Manager in managing Daikin's facilities across the UK, along with overseeing our fleet of company cars, vans, and administration of driver compliance checks. You will also be responsible for providing General Affairs services to DAUK and directly managing the Facilities assistant.
You Will:
•Manage relationships with external facilities management companies to ensure smooth operations.
•Direct fleet management responsibilities including vehicle trackers, fuel/electric charge cards, fines, driving offenses, and drive performance monitoring.
•Support Daikin's sustainability goals related to the vehicle fleet.
•Act as the primary contact for vehicle leasing companies, fuel/electric charge cards, and trackers. Line management of the Facilities assistant to maintain up-to-date systems and records. Coordinate UK regional office reception teams and related responsibilities.
•Serve as the escalation point for IT equipment issues and manage critical incidents with the Europe IT Team.
•Oversee the office cleaning contract and manage travel booking systems.
•Review and improve facilities management processes as necessary.
•Provide data and KPI analysis on vehicle management systems for continuous improvement and training purposes.

•IWFM Qualification ideal but not essential
