About the Role
We're supporting a major public-sector organisation to appoint a Facilities Manager responsible for overseeing maintenance, compliance and day-to-day estate operations across two sites in the Lincoln area.
You'll be the go-to person for ensuring buildings are safe, well-maintained and fit for purpose - working closely with internal teams, contractors and service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage planned and reactive maintenance across both sites
Oversee compliance, audits and statutory safety requirements
Coordinate contractors and monitor service performance
Produce, review and implement safety and technical documentation
Track quality, costs and performance - resolving issues proactively
Act as the primary facilities contact for staff, visitors and partners
What We're Looking For
Experience in Facilities, Estates or Property Management
Good understanding of building maintenance and compliance
Confident working across multiple locations
Strong communication, organisation and contractor-management skills
Reliable, proactive and comfortable working within a structured environment
