What a lovely opportunity this will be for someone - upmarket Multi site operation with sites across London that is loved by a very loyal, local clientele & is a hub for the local community. Brilliant owners that are super down to earth that are going to give you the space to spread your wings & run the Facilities function as if it were your own. A very straight forward to run operation with a dedicated team - I really get the sense this is going to suit a Facilities Manager who wants to escape the rat race of their current role & take on a role where they can strip away all the complexities and frustrations of their current work life & enjoy building relationships & helping scale the business with a brilliant team that genuinely love working for the group. Its privately owned, super friendly & supremely organised - everything you would want from a fantastic working environment.
At its core its a hospitality business where all are welcome to come & enjoy the spaces & the service, so those from a retail or hospitality background would be preferred but you must be able to demonstrate a track record in driving success in a multi site environment in your previous roles -ideally looking after at least 10 sites. The business is currently going through a period of hyper growth & the highly entrepreneurial owners are potentially looking to looking to break the mould with this appointment, someone who has real potential.

The target salary is up to £80k DOE + Bens + Car
This is a Facilities Manager role that isn't going to be for everyone. It's aimed at a Facilities Manager who is growing tired of thankless corporate contingency and everything that goes with it - or a Facilities Manager who think their only option is to get a job managing a larger team & push for a Director role within 6 - 12 months. It's for a Facilities Manager who know that there is a lot more to running a business than just ticking boxes. It's for those who want the term "my people" to actually mean something. Perhaps most importantly it's for Managers in companies who don't want to lose the fire in their belly simply because their current company has got nothing else to offer them.
