As the Facilities Manager supporting a major client office relocation, you will take full responsibility for managing the FM team and vendors to ensure a seamless transition. This includes maintaining compliance with Health and Safety standards, implementing environmental and company procedures in line with legislation, and meeting client-specific requirements. A key part of your role will be proactive risk management-identifying potential operational, safety, and logistical risks associated with the move, developing mitigation plans, and ensuring business continuity throughout the relocation process. You will also monitor adherence to budgetary constraints and service quality standards, ensuring the new workspace is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the client's strategic objectives.
