FACILITIES & FLEET MANAGER 37 hours per week, based in Preston £48,391 per annum This is a hands-on role with responsibility for ensuring that Community Gateway's buildings, facilities services and fleet are safe, compliant and work well for colleagues and customers. You'll manage a small specialist team and work with a range of contractors, balancing statutory compliance, day-to-day operations and improvement work. We're looking for someone who can assess priorities calmly, organise work effectively and know when to escalate or seek support.
