An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit for a role at the heart of the Law Society's campaigning and political influencing activity.

The Law Society is the independent professional body for over 200,000 solicitors in England and Wales. A year into the new government, there is a huge opportunity to influence the political debate, driving important issues such as access to justice, the rule of law, and supporting a thriving legal business sector up the agenda and influence on behalf of our members.

About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity and an exciting time to join our busy in-house Facilities team. You will play a key part in supporting the team with overseeing the delivery of all areas of building management, through our service partners and other supporting contractors. You will also be involved in the delivery of small and capital expenditure project works, and the TLS's commitment to reaching NetZero by 2030. You will liaise with key internal and external stakeholders, including staff and contractors, relating to the day-to-day running of our TLS property portfolio.

You will also be expected to help raise the profile of the Facilities team, promoting our success and progress on key business objectives. To play a key role in the facilities function at The Law Society, including related services, as well as activities delivering support for both technical and operational requirements. The role will be an understudy to the team managers and will have the opportunity to grow FM knowledge.
