We’re working with a well-established steel fabrication business in Leicester, known for producing structural steelwork, heavy-duty assemblies, and custom sheet-metal components. They’re now looking to take on an experienced Fabricator Welder to support continued demand.
What You’ll Be Doing
Fabricating mild steel from drawings, both structural and bespoke
MIG welding on medium to heavy gauge steel
Using cutting, folding, and forming equipment
Assembling and prepping components to spec
Working from technical drawings with minimal supervision
What You’ll Need
Experience as a fabricator welder in a structural or bespoke steel environment
Confident MIG welding skills with clean, consistent welds
Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
A practical mindset and a strong attention to detail

Days-based role with regular overtime
