Grinding, sanding, polishing, and detailing fabrications using hand and power tools. Working independently with minimal supervision, using initiative to solve problems and make decisions. Following production plans to meet deadlines and accurately recording completed builds in the internal database. Communicating effectively with Department Supervisors regarding job briefs, progress, and issues.
