You will support students at different stages of their development, helping them build the knowledge, skills and confidence needed for successful careers in engineering and manufacturing. The position follows a structured 36-hour week with dedicated time for preparation and administration.\n\nThe ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification in Fabrication and Welding or a related engineering discipline. Industry experience in welding, fabrication, workshop operations or similar is essential.
