Fabric EngineerLiverpool Shopping CentreMonday to Friday | 08:00 17:00??alary: £35,000 per annumAbout the RoleWe are seeking a reliable and skilled Fabric Engineer to join our facilities team at a busy shopping centre in Liverpool. This is a permanent, full-time role focused on delivering high-quality fabric maintenance and general building works in a commercial environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCarrying out planned and reactive fabric maintenanceGeneral handyman duties including basic carpentry, painting, patch repairs and minor building worksCarpentry, tiling, flooring, ceiling and door repairsBasic plumbing repairs (e.g. taps, toilets, pipework)Ensuring all works are completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety requirementsLiaising with site management and contractors when requiredRequirementsRelevant trade qualification (fabric/building maintenance or similar)Previous experience in a commercial or retail environment preferredStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyGood understanding of Health & Safety proceduresDesirable (Not Essential)IPAF and/or PASMA certification(Training can be provided for the right candidate)Whats on OfferCompetitive salary of £35,000Stable MondayFriday working hoursOpportunity to gain further qualifications (IPAF/PASMA)Long-term role in a well-maintained commercial siteJBRP1_UKTJ
