The Role This is a mobile position covering the Dartford area , delivering first-class building fabric and maintenance services to high-profile commercial clients.
You'll play a key role in ensuring sites remain safe, compliant, and well maintained, taking ownership of reactive and remedial works while delivering a consistently high standard of service.
Responsibilities Deliver high-quality reactive and remedial building maintenance works

Diagnose and resolve technical issues using initiative and problem-solving skills

Source parts, materials, and liaise with manufacturers when required

Complete detailed job reports to keep clients fully informed

Ensure all works are completed within agreed timescales and to required standards

Maintain accurate records including O&M logs and risk control measures

Use mobile devices (PDA/tablet) to manage and close jobs

Work closely with the Helpdesk to ensure efficient response and resolution

Carry out works independently or as part of a wider team

Adhere to strict health & safety standards, completing point-of-work risk assessments

Represent the company professionally when dealing with clients

Participate in an on-call rota across contracts

Skills & Experience
Relevant trade qualification (C&G or NVQ Level 2 or 3)

Minimum 3 years' experience in a building maintenance or FM environment

Strong all-round building fabric knowledge, including:

Carpentry

Wet trades

Minor plumbing

Tiling

Groundworks

Full UK driving licence

Package & Salary 34k + Overtime
Company van & fuel card
Overtime paid at 1.5x evenings and 2x weekends (after Saturday midday)
