Fabric Engineer Fareham (Static Site) £35,000 per year Monday – Friday | Shift pattern: 7:00–15:30 & 9:30–18:00
We are currently recruiting for a Fabric Engineer to join a facilities team on a static site in Fareham. This is a Monday–Friday role with no regular weekend work, supporting the day-to-day maintenance of the building and ensuring high standards across the site.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out general fabric maintenance and repairs across the building
*
Basic carpentry, painting, decorating, and patch repairs
*
Minor plumbing and building works
*
Respond to reactive maintenance tasks and support planned maintenance activities
*
Complete job sheets and maintenance records accurately
*
Work alongside other engineers and subcontractors when required
*
Ensure health & safety procedures are followed at all times
Requirements:
*
Previous experience as a Fabric Engineer, Handyman, or Maintenance Operative
*
Good all-round building maintenance / multi-trade skills
*
Experience working within facilities management or building services environments preferred
*
Reliable, proactive and able to manage tasks independently
