Academics are working with a beautiful, well-established primary school in Thurrock who are seeking a passionate and driven EYFS Lead to join their team from September.

The Role Will Involve:

* Leading and developing the EYFS provision
* Delivering engaging, creative and child-centred learning experiences
* Supporting and mentoring staff within EYFS
* Working closely with SLT to further enhance the Early Years curriculum

The Ideal Candidate Will:

* Have strong experience within EYFS
* Be passionate about early childhood development
* Demonstrate strong leadership or leadership potential
* Have a clear understanding of the EYFS framework and best practice
* Be committed to creating an inclusive, nurturing environment
