They must possess a minimum of three A levels (or equivalent or higher qualifications), one of which a science subject or food technology. Our rapid programme of expansion has seen great growth to our export division, which the new CSOs will support. They will provide export certification for products of animal origin (POAO) - primarily meat, meat products and dairy - ensuring that all consignments meet the requirements of importing countries as detailed in the Export Health Certificate.
