Desian Education are proud to be supporting a Northwich based SEND primary school with great links to the motorway as they are looking to appoint a motivated and reliable teaching assistant. This is an extremely supportive and collaborative school that supports pupils with a variety of complex needs between the ages of 3 – 11. This school are looking for a teaching assistant to join their team on a long-term temporary basis to support a year 5 pupil with SEMH. In your new role you will be committing to 1:1 comprehensive support until the end of the academic year. You will be supporting a male year 5 pupil that is new to the school that has profound SEMH due to extensive trauma in their early life. You will take a trauma-informed approach to their education as to not trigger.
