This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who possess excellent driving skills, knowledge of the area, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:To use route navigation apps and knowledge of the area to deliver chilled or ambient goods safely and efficiently.To interact with stakeholders in a professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.To complete daily maintenance checks on delivery trucks and auxiliary equipment, notifying the manager of any issues and taking corrective action to prevent downtime.To maintain accurate logs to track routes and deliveries, providing valuable insights into operational efficiency and helping to optimize logistics.Requirements:A valid commercial Driving License with C+E categories and at least one year of experience in similar roles.A Professional Driving Qualification called the Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (DCPC) and a Digital Tachograph / Smart Card.Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written.Benefits:A full-time contracted position with weekly pay.28 days paid holidays, including bank holidays.Company pension scheme.On-site parking facilities.Overtime available each week.About Us:We are committed to providing long-term careers for drivers, supporting our company's growth through excellence in logistics and transportation services.
