About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven 360 Education Recruitment Consultant to join our Warrington branch. This is a full-cycle role where you will take ownership of both client development and candidate delivery across the education sector. You’ll be joining a supportive, high-performing team with a strong reputation in the market, offering you the platform to build and grow your own desk with autonomy and excellent earning potential. Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage your own desk within the education sector (primary, secondary, SEND, or further education) Win new business through proactive sales, networking, and relationship building Manage and grow existing client relationships Source, interview, and place high-quality education professionals Handle the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to placement Meet and exceed revenue and activity targets Maintain compliance with education recruitment standards and safeguarding requirements
About You
Proven experience as a 360 recruitment consultant (education sector preferred) Strong billing history and track record of success Confident in both business development and candidate management Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and resilient Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
