Key Responsibilities:
Preparing high-quality reports, CVs, and presentations for clients and internal teams
Developing regional and global market maps that accurately depict organizational structures
Supporting client meetings with relevant market insights and updates
Building and maintaining a professional network within your chosen sector
Conducting candidate interviews to assess suitability and presenting top talent to senior consultants
Candidate Profile:
Holds a 2:1 or First-Class degree from a Russell Group or Red Brick university
Demonstrates strong A-level results and academic achievement
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing rapport with clients and candidates
Exhibits exceptional organisational and time-management abilities
Self-motivated, determined, and eager to succeed in a competitive environment
Curious, with a genuine desire to learn and develop professionally
