Location and flexible working:

This role is based in our London City Centre office, with an expectation of being onsite 4 to 5 days per week. We offer some hybrid working flexibility. The role suits someone who can adapt to varied start and finish times and different working days in the office. Occasional travel may also be required.

Salary and benefits: From £60,000 plus annual 16 -32% bonus potential, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, 10% pension, 12x salary life assurance, career breaks, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more.

There is an incredible opportunity to join us here at Phoenix Group as Executive PA to our Group CFO.

The role

This role will provide an efficient, effective and highly confidential PA support to the Group CFO to enable him to be effective in day-to-day activities and responsibilities that will be sensitive in nature. The Executive PA will be responsible for a diverse set of activities that include; complex diary management, meeting co-ordination and preparation, as well as ensuring that the priorities and deliverables of the CFO are met. Ultimately, ensuring the the smooth running of the CFO office working alongside the Executive Business Managers.

What are we looking for?

You will be a high performing and experienced Executive PA with strong communication skills. You will also be proactive with a can-do attitude, thriving in a diverse, demanding and varied role within a dynamic environment. You will need to have experience of supporting a senior executive, with a knowledge and understanding of acronyms that often support a technical role.Being able to pick up new ways of working at pace, will be an advantage. You will be expected to optimise the time of our CFO with forward planning and, taking the initiative in managing a demanding and constantly changing schedule. Being able to operate flexibly with confidence and discretion in in a highly confidential, complex and multi-faceted environment will be a pre-requisite.
