Entertainment-led service with structured, timed sittings. 7 Day Operation, with peak events on Friday & Saturday. Strong mix of à la carte fine-dining and private events. Corporate dining, canapés and private hire packages. The Food Refined, fine-dining led menus that are seasonal. Structured 3-course service aligned with show timings. High attention to detail and presentation. Executive Head Chef has full autonomy to re-write each menu. The Role Lead the full kitchen operation and team of 10 chefs. Deliver consistent, high-quality food across all services. Manage complex service timings linked to live shows. Drive standards, performance and kitchen culture. Oversee events, private dining and hospitality delivery. Maintain GP, stock control and financial performance. About You Proven Executive Chef from a contact catering or event's venue in London. Background across fine dining, events or premium restaurants. Reliable, consistent and committed to long-term roles.
