A high-performing boutique consultancy, working at the intersection of global brands, culture, and social impact, is seeking a driven and versatile Executive Assistant to support its inspiring CEO and senior leadership team. With projects spanning US, Europe and Asia, the firm works with some of the world’s most recognisable companies and institutions.
\n\nThis is a broad, hands-on role ideal for an EA with exceptional organisational skills, emotional intelligence, and a “no task too small” attitude. You’ll play a vital part in business operations and occasionally support the CEO’s personal life—managing everything from international travel to cultural event planning and gifting.
\n\nKey Responsibilities:

- Complex diary and inbox management across time zones \n\t
- Organising business and personal travel with detailed itineraries \n\t
- Drafting correspondence and preparing research for meetings \n\t
- Supporting business development and client project delivery \n\t
- Coordinating cultural and business events (locally and internationally) \n\t
- Overseeing office operations, suppliers, and IT troubleshooting \n\t
- Assisting with personal tasks (e.g. family diary management, celebrations, storage) \n\t
- Maintaining manuals, collateral, and the company’s contact database \n
What we are looking for:

- Ideally 2–4+ years of EA, project support, or office management experience \n\t
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities with calm efficiency \n\t
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills \n\t
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, boutique environment \n\t
- Professional, empathetic, and always discreet \n\t
- Interest in and knowledge of the cultural sector \n\t
- Experience with CRM and task management software beneficial \n
