Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to join an organisation to support 3 Directors across a Housing Association based in Coventry.
Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant
Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations Manage complex diaries, prioritising meetings and coordinating schedules Act as a key point of contact, handling internal and external communications with professionalism Coordinate meetings, events and travel arrangements, including logistics and agendas Take accurate minutes and track actions to ensure follow-through Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion Build strong working relationships across teams and with external partners
Essential Experience of the Executive Assistant
Full UK Driving Licence. Basic DBS (In date). Experience of managing Director's diaries in a fast-paced business. High levels of Administration. Highly organised.
