We are supporting a well-known business with their search for an exceptional Executive Assistant (EA) to provide first-class support to their Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This is a unique opportunity to work at the very centre of decision-making, ensuring smooth operations and seamless communication across the business.
The Role: As Executive Assistant, you will be the trusted partner to senior leadership, delivering high-level support and acting as the linchpin for coordination and organisation. Your responsibilities will include: Calendar & Time Management: Proactively managing complex schedules across multiple time zones, anticipating conflicts, and ensuring priorities are met. Communication & Gatekeeping: Acting as the first point of contact, screening correspondence, drafting responses, and maintaining professional communication with stakeholders. Meeting Coordination: Planning and executing all aspects of meetings, including agendas, logistics, travel, briefing materials, and minute-taking. Document & Information Management: Preparing, editing, and formatting reports, presentations, and sensitive documents with precision. Financial Administration: Processing executive expense reports with accuracy. Project & Event Management: Supporting cross-departmental initiatives, special projects, and company events. Ad Hoc Duties: Providing flexible support across a wide range of tasks.
To thrive in this role, you will bring: Proven EA/PA experience in a corporate environment (construction or housebuilding industry experience advantageous but not essential). Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. Strong communication skillsboth written and verbalwith the confidence to engage at all levels. Professional integrity, handling confidential information with discretion. Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including presentation support. Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Adaptability, thriving in a busy, fast-changing environment. High personal presentation standards and professionalism in all interactions. Willingness to learn and contribute to projects across the business.
