Executive Assistant to Founder | Luxury Interiors Studio

£60 – 65k | Full-time | Office-based, West End
\nMonday – Friday | 09:00 – 18:00

A high-end interiors studio is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support its Founder, combining seamless executive support with a broader operational remit, ensuring the studio runs with discretion, precision and efficiency.

\n\n

We are looking for an individual who operates with polish and composure, someone who instinctively understands the importance of detail, timing, and discretion. You will act as a true right hand, bringing clarity and structure while enabling the Founder to remain focused on the creative vision.

\n\n

A genuine appreciation for design and aesthetics is essential.

\n\n

This is a long-term opportunity for a career EA who values longevity, builds trust effortlessly, and takes pride in delivering a consistently high standard. While primarily business-focused, the role will also include discreet personal support and involvement in wider studio operations and projects.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

\n\n

  • Providing comprehensive diary and inbox management with absolute discretion

  • Orchestrating meetings, travel, and complex scheduling with precision
  • \n\t
  • Preparing detailed briefings, agendas, and follow-up communications
  • \n\t
  • Acting as a gatekeeper and ambassador on behalf of the Founder
  • \n\t
  • Protecting time, focus, and strategic priorities
  • \n\t
  • Liaising seamlessly with the family’s Personal PA
  • \n

Studio Operations

  • Overseeing the day-to-day functioning of the studio with a calm, considered approach
  • \n\t
  • Maintaining meticulous systems, archives, and design libraries
  • \n\t
  • Managing relationships with suppliers and external partners
  • \n\t
  • Ensuring the studio environment reflects the brand’s standards of excellence
  • \n

Systems & IT

  • Supervising IT infrastructure and external providers
  • \n\t
  • Ensuring all systems operate smoothly and efficiently
  • \n\t
  • Refining processes to enhance organisation and performance
  • \n

Team & Recruitment Coordination

  • Supporting recruitment processes with discretion and professionalism
  • \n\t
  • Coordinating interviews and onboarding with care and efficiency
  • \n\t
  • Contributing to a cohesive and well-supported team environment
  • \n
\n\n

Project & Administrative Support

  • Tracking key project milestones, timelines, and deliverables
  • \n\t
  • Assisting with the preparation of presentations and client materials
  • \n\t
  • Recording and managing meeting actions with accuracy
  • \n\t
  • Supporting finance administration, including invoices and expenses
