Location: City of London | Contract Type: Permanent | Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + Benefits
Our client, a leading global corporate organisation based in the city, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high‑level support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This is a pivotal role within the business, requiring exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to operate in a fast‑paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive EA support to the CFO, ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations.
- Coordinate international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries.
- Prepare and manage high‑quality documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Act as a key liaison point for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Preparing for key stakeholder meetings to include Board, ExCo and shareholder meetings
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Support with ad‑hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.
About You
- Proven experience as a Senior EA supporting a CFO or Financial Director in a global corporate environment.
- Strong track record in international diary and travel management.
- Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Professional, proactive, and adaptable, with a keen eye for detail.
