A very exciting Motorsports company are looking for an agile, sparky, multi-talented candidate to join them as part PA/EA and part Project Management. Offices in South West London with some hybrid working once settled in.
Working with both individual and corporate clients on a global basis. The Principal is a legend in the industry, dynamic, very well connected, passionate about the industry and a positive, vibrant, considerate personality – instantly likeable.
- PA/EA for the Principal
- Project Management for luxury brand accounts
- Managing new sponsorship & activation business.
Executive & Business Support
- Coordinate complex international travel (average 4 trips monthly), including flights, visas, transport, itineraries, accommodation, and meeting schedules.
- Diary management and meeting preparation
- Assist with coordinating diary/travel for clients/drivers where required
- Manage the Principal or remind him re. correspondence and follow-ups.
- Update and maintain PowerPoint presentations for drivers.
- Oversee production of presentations and videos relating to clients or other projects.
- Support the Principal on business initiatives, including sponsorship relationships, new business development, and client activations.
- Update company website.
Project Support
- Work with the Head of Client Management on client and driver projects.
Private Support
- Liaise with the Principal’s wife and family members regarding diary and personal matters.
- Coordinate family events, holidays, restaurants, gifts, and birthday reminders.
- Manage personal admin: insurance/claims, health appointments, expenses, and other ad-hoc requirements.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Experienced PA/EA with a proven track record, ideally combining executive support with project/business operations.
- Skilled in complex international travel booking to support and potentially manage a new start-up travel business
- Comfortable in a professional but flexible, less-structured environment. Interested in motorsport (advantage, not essential).
- Energetic, resourceful, a self-starter, and hard-working.
- Personable, with strong people skills, high EQ, and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Extremely organised with excellent attention to detail and common sense.
- Discreet and trustworthy, with the highest level of confidentiality.
