Executive Assistant to Managing Director & Team, West End, up to £65,000 (Temp to Perm)
\n\nA fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious private equity firm based in the West End and support a busy Managing Director plus small team on the deal side of the business. The company has a flat structure with a collaborative and inclusive culture.
\n\nDay to day will include:
\n\n- \n\t
- Providing high-level support to an MD and team, including calendar management, high volume travel coordination, and meeting preparation. \n\t
- Handle complex international travel arrangements, including visas and itineraries \n\t
- Act as a gatekeeper, managing communications and prioritising requests \n\t
- Document creation (Microsoft Word and PowerPoint) \n\t
- Management of expenses \n\t
- Manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. \n\t
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining effective communication. \n\t
- Support special projects and initiatives as required. \n
The successful EA will have:
\n\n- \n\t
- Minimum 5 years' experience as an EA within finance or similar fast-paced corporate environment. Proven experience supporting senior executives with international travel and complex schedules. \n\t
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills. \n\t
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. \n\t
- Strong MS Office skills \n
Hours 8.30am - 5.30pm or 9:00am - 6:00pm, one day hybrid , 25 days holiday, travel allowance, bonus & pension scheme. This is a temp to perm opportunity starting in January.
