Executive Assistant to CTO

Temp-to-Perm (Initial 6 Months)

\n\n

£60,000 - £70,000 DOE + bonus and excellent benefits

\n\n

4 days in office

\n\n

We are working with a highly regarded, fast-growing financial services organisation to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant to support their CTO. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and adaptable EA to join a collaborative, high-performing environment on an initial 6-month contract with the intention being for the role to become permanent.

\n\n

This is a busy and varied role where no two days are the same. You will work closely with other EAs to ensure seamless support across the function, playing a key role in maintaining efficiency, organisation, and communication across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

\n\n
    \n\t
  • Complex diary and calendar management for multiple senior stakeholders and their teams
  • \n\t
  • Coordinating meetings, including logistics, room bookings, materials and visitor management
  • \n\t
  • Arranging travel (flights, trains, accommodation, visas, itineraries) with external providers
  • \n\t
  • Processing senior executive expenses
  • \n\t
  • Providing project and ad hoc administrative support, including research and personal arrangements
  • \n\t
  • Assisting with presentations, reports and documentation (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • \n\t
  • Supporting onboarding of new joiners, including system access and coordination with IT
  • \n\t
  • Liaising with internal teams including Finance, IT and Reception
  • \n\t
  • Supporting recruitment coordination in partnership with HR
  • \n\t
  • Organising team events, offsites and internal activities
  • \n\t
  • Providing cover for other Executive Assistants when required
  • \n

Key skills and experience:

\n\n
    \n\t
  • Proven experience as a Team Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally within within financial or professional services
  • \n\t
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload
  • \n\t
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • \n\t
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • \n\t
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • \n\t
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • \n\t
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • \n\t
  • Proactive, flexible and solutions-driven approach
  • \n\t
  • A collaborative team player with the confidence to work independently
