Join Rapport as an Events Manager at one of our top client sites near Canary Wharf , supporting a prestigious Big Four firm. You will lead a team of 4, including a Supervisor, to deliver high-profile events with precision and creativity-owning the journey from initial booking to final execution.

Please note: the internal job title for this role is Client Support Services Events Manager , but we are open to candidates with equivalent experience, even if you've held a different title.
Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota between 8 AM and 7 PM)

Main responsibilities Lead, support, and motivate a team of four, including performance reviews, development planning, and recognition through internal awards. Oversee the full events calendar, planning and coordinating all aspects of delivery, including VIP and high-profile events. Act as the main liaison with the client and stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication and a proactive, solution-focused approach. Collaborate closely with catering, AV, facilities, and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth, professional event execution. Uphold high standards of safety, professionalism, and inclusivity, ensuring all Health & Safety documentation and risk assessments are up to date. Maintain and develop clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support consistent and high-quality service. Support innovation and continuous improvement by regularly reviewing processes and embracing feedback.

Bring at least two years' experience in events or hospitality, with confidence in both behind-the-scenes planning and front-line delivery.
