We are looking for energetic, reliable individuals to join us for a busy season of high-end weddings and professional corporate cover. Whether youre a hospitality pro or a polished office professional, we have flexible shifts to suit you starting this April.
Whats on Offer?
The Wedding Scene: Work at some of Oxfords most beautiful rural venues. Perfect for those who love a fast-paced, celebratory atmosphere.
The Corporate Desk: Provide high-level reception cover for a leading Estate Agency in Oxford North (OX2). Professional, MondayFriday hours with parking provided.
Competitive Pay (Weekly):
Aged 21+: £14.24 per hour (£12.71 + £1.53 holiday pay)
Under 21: £12.61 per hour (£11.25 + £1.44 holiday pay)
The Perfect Fit
We are looking for Drivers (Priority) who have their own transport. Many of our stunning wedding venues are off the beaten track, so having your own wheels is a massive plus!
You are our ideal candidate if:
You are dependable and take pride in being on time.
You have a "can-do" attitude and a friendly, professional manner.
For the Receptionist role: You have previous experience in an office or front-facing corporate environment.
You enjoy multi-tasking and staying busy.
Key Responsibilities
Events: Setting up venues, serving drinks/canapés, and basic food prep.
Reception: Greeting clients, managing calls, and basic admin (Oxford North).
General: Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and providing 5-star service.
Important Dates (Receptionist Applicants)
To be considered for the Oxford North office role, you must be available for:
Paid Training: 6th May
Confirmed Shifts: 15th May, and 11th17th June (8am5pm).
