We have an opportunity for an experienced Motor Vehicle Technician to lead our new Car Supermarket’s in-house mechanical team in Watford stocking 1,500+ used cars). You will be working in our own state-of-the-art workshop. Your focus is on delivering great results with a quality 'First Time Fix'. *What will I be doing?* * Service, diagnose and repair a fleet of mixed vehicles to the highest manufacturer standards * Carry out road tests when required to confirm and diagnose correct operation * Ensure workspace and tools/equipment is maintained to a high standard *What do I need for this role?* * Your own tools * 3+ years experience as a vehicle technician * Understand and comply with health and safety standards * A full and valid Driving Licence *It will be a bonus if you had:* * MOT Tester qualification * NVQ (or equivalent) in Motor Vehicle Technology Lvl3+ *The Package* * Pay ranges from £30k–£60k basic, with OTE up to £80k+ * Performance bonus *Other Benefits include* * Annual holiday - 28 days *Working Hours: (two different shifts available)* *Option 1: *Monday to Friday, 3:00pm – 11:30pm (30 minute lunch) - Every other Saturday or Sunday *Option 2:* Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm (30 minute break) - Every other Saturday or Sunday Overtime available If you're keen to learn more about this opportunity, apply now with your CV.
