We are working with a well-respected, reputable Main Contractor who specialise in delivering refurbishment and new build projects within the Public Sector (Education, Healthcare etc.) As a result of growth, they are looking to add to their team of trusted commercial staff and recruit an Estimator to join them on a permanent basis. The company are experiencing a period of extended growth, and have significant growth plans in place to enable the business to significantly grow their turnover during 2026. This position would suit a candidate who has experience working on public sector (NHS/Education) commercial works and frameworks, both JCT & NEC Contracts in traditional & design and build, up to a value of £5m. Your responsibilities will span across Project Evaluation, Cost Estimation, Tender Preparation, Subcontractor & Supplier Management, Risk Analysis and Tender Presentation & Negotiation.
