Join the fastest-growing roofing company in the area at our Kent office as a roofing Estimator. In this role, you will meet prospective clients at their homes, conduct inspections, and sell them our services. We hire based on performance, not experience. If you’re the right person, we’ll teach you everything you need to know. We promote heavily from within and offer a fast track to leadership positions.

If you’re average, you will earn $116,000 in your first year. If you’re great, you’ll earn $185,000+. If you’re a top performer, you’ll be making over 250k in your first year at our company and be on track to make over 400k within the next three years. Commission averages $2,000 per sale plus performance bonuses. Full benefits are provided after 90 days of employment.

Driver's license and reliable transportation.

Must be available for midday, evening, and Saturday appointments.
