Estimator / Surveyor (Residential) This role focuses on homeowner-facing projects, combining estimating and surveying responsibilities to ensure a smooth, high-quality customer journey from initial enquiry through to installation. You will play a key role in representing the business in customers’ homes, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and a first-class experience. Key Responsibilities

Preparing accurate estimates for residential window and door installations Conducting site surveys in customers’ homes, taking precise measurements Advising customers on products, specifications, and installation options Managing and updating customer and project information within the CRM system Liaising with suppliers to ensure correct materials and consumables availability Supporting stock and inventory management for residential projects Working closely with sales and installation teams to deliver a seamless service

What We’re Looking For

Experience in residential estimating and/or surveying (windows, doors, or construction) Strong customer service and communication skills Professional and confident manner in customer-facing environments High attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of CRM systems Experience with supplier coordination and stock control Full UK driving licence
