Estimator – RC Frame & Groundworks\nLondon\n£90,000 - £120,000 + Bonus\n\nAbout the company\nOur client is a well-established and growing construction company based in London, specialising in reinforced concrete frames, groundworks, and piling. With a strong regional presence and an annual turnover exceeding £70 million, they are known for delivering high-quality work across a diverse range of projects including commercial, residential, and civil engineering schemes. Operating across London, and the Southeast, they are continuing to expand, driven by repeat business and long-standing client relationships.\n\nAbout the Role\nAs part of their continued growth, our client is seeking a Estimator to join their commercial team at head office in London.

This is a key role for someone who enjoys working closely with Directors and contributing strategically to a company’s success.\n\nThe successful candidate will lead tender processes for projects typically ranging from £5m to £15m, ensuring accurate pricing and programme input.\n\nAbout the Requirements\n\n * 5+ years' experience as an Estimator within RC Frame and Groundworks\n\n * Proven record of tendering and securing contracts within the sector\n\n * Strong technical understanding of RC frame, groundwork, and civil engineering methods\n\n * Ideally from a Quantity Surveying background\n\n * Highly organised, commercially sharp, and capable of working autonomously\n\nAbout the Benefits and Rewards\nSalary range of £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.\n\nPackage includes:\n\n * Performance-based bonus scheme\n\n * Laptop\n\n * Phone\n\n * Additional benefits to be discussed at interview\n\nPlease apply online or contact Bradley at Cityscape for more information
