Headley Professional Recruitment Ltd are currently recruiting an Estimator or Junior Estimator to join a dynamic business in Wakefield. The company are an interior fit out contractor who operate in the hospitality sector. Projects include the fit out of bars, restaurants, hotels and pubs across the UK.

In this role, you will be working on a range of projects from £50k to £1.5m mainly in the hospitality sector for clients such as Mitchell & Butler, Camerons Brewers, Green King, Admiral Taverns, Pret a Manager, David Lloyd Leisure Clubs, Marstons etc… The role of Estimator / Junior Estimator is to provide commercial support on projects to ensure that they are tendered, procured and delivered within budget and to the highest quality whilst exceeding our customers' expectations. You will be responsible for the delivery of the projects to meet financial targets. Full training and support will be given to more junior candidates. You will need good communication skills with the ability to nurture relationships with both the supply chain and customers.

Knowledge, skills and experience:

* Previous experience working as an Estimator or Junior Estimator

* Previous experience of projects in the interior fit out or joinery sector

* Strong communication skills

* Commercial acumen

* Full UK driving licence

* Excellent IT skills
