Job Description
O'Neill & Brennan are partnering with a leading Tier 1 main contractor who are seeking experienced Estimators (all levels) to join their growing team in Birmingham on a permanent basis.\n\nThis is a hybrid position, offering a flexible working arrangement with three days based in a central Birmingham office and two days working from home.\n\nThe business delivers major construction projects valued up to £100m across a diverse range of public-sector frameworks nationwide, covering sectors such as education, healthcare, and civic infrastructure.\n\nKey Requirements:\n\n- Proven experience delivering two-stage tenders and pricing full work packages\n\n- Strong understanding of a variety of construction methods\n\n- Ability to manage costs, programmes, and quality in line with project targets\n\n- Confident in interpreting drawings and technical specifications accurately\n\n- Good numerical and analytical skills\n\n- Valid CSCS card\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work and a reputation for delivering high-quality projects.\n\nFor more information or to apply, please get in touch with Sean for a confidential discussion - (url removed)\n\nO'Neill and Brennan values and promotes equality.
