Fit Out Estimator\n\n Hampshire (Office / Hybrid options available)\n Permanent | Full-Time\n Competitive salary + package\n\nArtisan Recruit are working in partnership with a well-established and growing contractor to recruit an experienced Fit Out Estimator. This is a permanent opportunity with a strong pipeline of secured work across commercial and interior fit out projects.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs Fit Out Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders from first principles, working closely with the commercial, design and delivery teams.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\n * \n\n Preparing detailed cost estimates for commercial fit out projects\n\n * \n\n Taking off quantities from drawings and specifications\n\n * \n\n Analysing tender documents, drawings and schedules\n\n * \n\n Obtaining and evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotations\n\n * \n\n Producing tender submissions within agreed deadlines\n\n * \n\n Supporting value engineering and cost planning exercises\n\n * \n\n Assisting with bid handovers to the delivery team\n\nAbout You\n\n * \n\n Proven experience as a Fit Out Estimator within the construction or interiors sector\n\n * \n\n Strong understanding of fit out packages (drylining, ceilings, joinery, M&E interfaces, finishes)\n\n * \n\n Ability to price from first principles\n\n * \n\n Confident working with drawings, specifications and schedules\n\n * \n\n Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail\n\n * \n\n Proficient with estimating software and Excel\n\nWhat’s On Offer\n\n * \n\n Permanent position with long-term career progression\n\n * \n\n Competitive salary based on experience\n\n * \n\n Supportive, close-knit commercial team\n\n * \n\n Consistent workflow with repeat clients\n\n * \n\n Opportunity to work on high-quality, technically interesting projects\n\n Interested?\nIf you’re an experienced Fit Out Estimator or an Estimator looking to specialise in interiors, we’d welcome a confidential conversation
