Estimator (Carpentry & Joinery) Location: Woking Office Based Salary: £65,000 £75,000 (DOE) Job Type: Permanent

The Opportunity Established carpentry & joinery contractor in Woking is looking for a commercially capable Estimator who can take real ownership of the pre-construction function with involvement in the wider commercial process. This role isnt just take-offs and sending quotes. You will be heavily involved in pricing, commercial input, and supporting project delivery through to final account where required.

The Role Pricing carpentry & joinery packages (residential & commercial)

Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documents

Producing detailed take-offs and cost breakdowns

Subcontractor & supplier enquiries

Value engineering input

Supporting valuations and variations where required

Working closely with Directors on commercial strategy

This is ideal for someone currently working as: Estimator within a carpentry or joinery contractor
