We have an exciting opportunity for an Estates Building Manager at our historic London office in Burlington House on Piccadilly to join us on 6 months contract. In this role, you'll provide strategic input to maintain effective relationships with other learned and professional societies in the Burlington House Courtyard and oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the building through a team of facilities staff. The position requires a unique blend of listed property expertise, financial acumen, and relationship management skills to protect RSC interests while preserving the heritage of the building through routine maintenance and upgrade plans. You'll work closely with the CEO, CFO, and colleagues to develop a robust property strategy.

In this role you will be working standard office hours with flexibility to accommodate necessary meetings, events and out of hours work as required.
