We’re on the lookout for our next brilliant Estate Worker to join the Farncombe Estate Team!

Set across 600 acres of stunning Cotswold countryside, Farncombe Estate is home to three award-winning hotels — Dormy House, The Fish and Foxhill Manor — along with woodland trails, lakes, cabins, hillside hideaways and beautifully maintained grounds.

We’re looking for a hands-on, hardworking and enthusiastic Estate Worker to help keep our entire estate running smoothly. This role is varied, practical and perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems and taking pride in a job well done.

As part of our friendly Estate Maintenance Team, you’ll support the upkeep of all three hotels and the wider grounds — from guest areas and pathways to buildings, cabins, signage, and estate infrastructure. No two days are ever the same, and your work will have a direct impact on the guest experience across the whole estate.

  Carrying out general maintenance and “handyperson” tasks across the estate

  Supporting both preventative and reactive maintenance for all three hotels and shared areas

  Helping ensure our buildings, pathways, cabins and grounds are maintained to exceptional standards

  Working closely with estate teams, hotel teams and the wider maintenance department

  Keeping safety at the forefront of everything you do

The details:

£13.65 per hour plus share of gratuities (approx. xrlawcv £2,000–£2,500 per year)
