Youll work across the full recruitment lifecycle, including: Sourcing and engaging specialist data and analytics professionals

Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates

Managing roles from initial briefing through to placement

Preparing candidates for interviews and managing offer negotiations

Developing deep market expertise within your niche

The Profile

Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills

Highly motivated and target-driven

Organised, proactive, and resilient

Degree preferred but not essential

Sales or commercial experience beneficial
