Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver effective English lessons tailored to diverse learner needs
Assess, monitor, and report on student progress
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Contribute to curriculum planning and departmental activitiesQualifications & Experience:

A recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE or equivalent)
Degree in English or a related subject
Experience teaching English in a secondary or further education setting
Strong classroom management skillsPerson Specification:
