Requirements: Teaching qualification and experience. A thorough understanding of the curriculum and effective teaching methodologies to meet the diverse needs of learners. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues. A passion for teaching and learning, with a commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice. The Role will include: Teaching small groups of pupils within the classroom. Prepare and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the pupils needs. Support other staff members to deliver high quality education consistently. Develop and adapt conventional teaching methods to meet the individual needs of learners.
