We are partnering with several well-regarded secondary schools across Wellingborough that are seeking motivated English Teachers for September 2026 or April 2026. These full-time roles are available as contract or permanent positions, offering opportunities to teach across KS3 and KS4, with some schools providing KS5 teaching for suitable candidates.
About the Role:
Deliver engaging and inspiring English lessons across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 opportunities where available Plan and adapt lessons to support learners of all abilities, including those with SEND or EAL needs Use assessment data to track progress, identify gaps, and adjust teaching strategies Encourage creativity, analytical thinking, and confidence in students' spoken and written communication Collaborate with English department colleagues to share best practice and enhance curriculum delivery Contribute to wider school life through enrichment activities such as literacy clubs, debating societies, and reading initiativesWho ...
