The RoleA secondary school in Dudley is seeking a committed and engaging English Teacher to join their department from March 2026 on a long-term basis. The successful candidate will teach English Language and Literature across KS3 and KS4, delivering well-structured lessons that develop reading, writing, and analytical skills.The role includes planning and delivering lessons, marking work, and monitoring pupil progress while maintaining clear classroom expectations. The school is looking for a teacher who can motivate learners and help pupils build confidence in both written and spoken English.The CandidateThe successful candidate will:

• Hold QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification)
• Have experience teaching English at secondary level
• Be confident delivering English Language and Literature at KS3 and KS4
• Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Be organised, proactive, and committed to improving pupil outcomes
